Chef Seamus Rozycki has been cooking in professional kitchens since age 15. His style is simple in technique and focuses on clean, developed dishes inspired by his combined eight years at nationally acclaimed New Orleans-based restaurants La Petite Grocery, Toups South and Emeril’s Delmonico. With a background in butchery and Southern and Cajun cuisines, Chef Rozycki brings eclectic and inspired flavors to Geist’s menus.
