After a much-needed month-long closure for maintenance, our well-used and beloved Grow Local Kitchen (GLK) will reopen in February to a full slate of your favorite food purveyors, plus classes and events.

Upcoming breakfast, lunchtime and dinner vendors will include Caracasville, rotating vendors from Citizen Kitchens, Delicias Colombianas, Laovin’ It, Legumes, Succulent Vegan Tacos, Thai Ni Yom and Two Peruvian Chefs (see dates and times).

The GLK is an incubation center inside NFM's Market House that provides a commercial kitchen, retail space and educational space for food entreprenuers. The GLK program offers annual residencies, daily pop-up restaurant opportunities and evening workshops and classes, and the space is also available for evening and overnight production shifts and special event rental.
