A recent Nashville Business Journal photo essay, “Feast from Farmers: Portraits from the Nashville Farmers’ Market,” includes 21 pictures of our farmers and food artisans who make NFM such a great community — and who together make one of our favorite reasons to buy local.

“Donut maker Linda Gabelein explains what makes her work at the Nashville Farmers’ Market satisfying,” writes photographer J. Kyle Keener. “‘The secret ingredient [is] food from the heart. Customers come to the market for fresh, homegrown, homemade products. It is wonderful operating our business in this environment surrounded by passionate entrepreneurs and appreciative customers.’”
