The Nashville Farmers' Market hosts free seasonal cooking demonstrations featuring community chefs, cooks, and farmers every Saturday at 11 a.m. During each 15-20-minute demo, attendees will meet instructors and participating farmers, learn how to utilize seasonal market ingredients to prepare delicious recipes, ask questions and — perhaps most importantly — enjoy samples.

Market Kitchen demos are free and open to the public — just show up and listen in.
