You folks ready to have a GOURD time?! Join us for Fall Ball, Y’all, NFM’s first annual fall festival! We have such an exciting event planned to kick off this season’s autumn harvest including:

  • Greenwood Rye Band, outside 10AM-2PM

  • DJ Tim Hibbs, inside 10AM-2PM

• pie baking contest

• crafts

• children’s hay maze

• AND tractors on site from Parman Tractor & Equipment for anyone and everyone to explore and take pictures with

Pie Contest Rules and Entry

• Open to all bakers (amateur and professional). Only 1 (one) entry per person.

• All entrants must complete and submit the on-line registration form.

• Pies must be made from scratch: home-made crusts and fillings, please. All produce ingredients must be farm fresh and purchased under the Farm Sheds at the Nashville Farmers’ Market.

• Where possible, pies should be baked in a disposable tin.

• Your pie will NOT be returned to you.

• Submissions will not be accepted without the recipe card attached to the container (Do not include name or address on recipe card)

• Pies must be delivered to the Nashville Farmers Market outside at the Info Booth, located in Farm Shed 1, on Saturday, October 1 between 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. to be officially entered in the contest.

• Judging of Pies will take place immediately thereafter. No late entries will be accepted.
