Two Peruvian Chefs

The Grow Local Kitchen (GLK), an incubation center inside NFM's Market House, provides a commercial kitchen, retail space and educational space for food entreprenuers. The GLK program offers annual residencies, daily pop-up restaurant opportunities and evening workshops and classes, and the space is also available for evening and overnight production shifts and special event rental.
