Sip TN Wine Festival

Enjoy tastings and bottle sales from two-dozen Tennessee wineries; take in food, artwork, and crafts by artisan vendors; and learn in classes and seminars.

Food demos will include:

  • 1 p.m. Chef Laura Rodriguez: cabbage wedge salad dressed with a white wine-bleu cheese vinaigrette

  • 2 p.m. Chef Ed Smith: mushroom/red onion/garlic and Chambourcin wine sauce for his world-famous brisket

  • 3 p.m. cookbook author Chef Nancy Vienneau with two desserts: chocolate-merlot ganache over chocolate-red wine bundt cake and apple-white wine caramel brushed onto a gala apple galette
