Cooking class: Knife skills

Learn how to cook more efficiently by honing your knife skills in this Nashville Community Education (registration required) class: slice, dice, brunoise, chiffonade, paysanne, julienne, battonet and mince. We will also talk about knife care and use all the chopped vegetables to make a Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry. Class is offered in partnership with the Nashville Farmers' Market, with produce coming directly from the market.

Students must provide their own chef's knife and cutting board.
