We are excited by your interest in becoming part of the Nashville Farmers’ Market — a welcoming and diverse community of merchants and supporters. Our retailers include farmers and farmer collectives, food artisans, craftspeople, nonprofits and small businesses.

Our 12-acre property in the urban core of Nashville is adjacent to Bicentennial Mall and within walking distance of many local neighborhoods, including Buena Vista, Germantown, Hope Gardens, Salemtown, Sulphur Dell, the Gulch and downtown. Our public facility includes two outdoor sheds, a garden center and a Market House that hosts an International Market, Batch Nashville and a deliciously diverse selection of restaurants.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Read our NFM Guidelines and Policies in full before applying.

  • Make sure you have or can obtain the relevant required documents for your application.

  • To apply to one or more of our markets, you must create a profile on Farmspread.

  • Complete your profile and submit an application for each market for which you would like to be considered. Upload the required documents as listed in the application.

  • NFM management will review all applications and might request a meeting and product samples.

  • All applicants applying between January 15 and February 15 will be notified of decisions no later than March 6.

Application fee: A non-refundable $20 application fee is due upon approval of your application.

In addition, our neighborhood markets at Vanderbilt Medical Center and Azafran Park operate seasonally and include farmers and food artisans. Azafran operates every Wednesday 3–6 p.m. May 15–October 30, and the Vanderbilt Farmers’ Market operates every Thursday 1–5 p.m., June 6–October 31. We will begin accepting applications for our neighborhood markets February 1, 2019.
